We have for years with no problems. I actually feel better than when I drank pasteurized. Cleanliness is the key!

I grew up on a dairy farm. We always used raw milk. When we sold our cows it took a while to get used to "store bought milk." Just recently I have started to buy raw milk again. So far we have had no problem.

Hey Connie,
We have been drinking Raw Milk for the past 3 years and have had no problems at all. In fact our digestive systems are better. My husband couldn't drink milk before but now he can :) The taste is to die for too!

I just recently found a farm nearby that sells raw "pet" milk. It is delicious and I've had no problems with it at all! I made a nice big batch of crockpot yogurt with some last night. Yum. :) Tomorrow I go to pick up 5 hens- it's butchering day at the farm. I wonder which one of the 227 chickens I drove by yesterday will be mine? lol

we have been drinking raw milk for years now. we love it. isabelle calved 11 days ago. i am in milk yipee. one thought when folks first start drinking raw milk they can get diarrhea.the reason is all the enzymes and good bacterias are alive. pasturization kills the good stuff. then the body gets adjusted to the fine richness of real milk and then folks are fine. yes there are those that are lactose intolerant that can drink raw milk no peoblem. most store milk is dried to powder and then reconstituted so the product is the same in every gallon. since it is dried powder milk with water added my question is also whats in the water they are using to make it milk again? kinda scary to me.then if they want richer whole milk they add more powder not cream. the cream is made into butter not put back in their milk. i love raw. just my thoughts happy days sherrye

Raw milk is fabulous! As a promoter of local farms and farmers' markets, I recommend that you go check the farm out and see how and where they milk the cows. You want to make sure it is clean and done right before giving it to your family. Stephanie

Everything I have read indicates that raw milk is much more health for you, as long as the dairy farm is run sanitarily. I wish I could get raw milk locally but it's illegal here. There are work arounds, but my work schedule and location do not make them possible right now. Bah!

I have been drinking raw milk now for years. I have goats now and love goat milk. But when they are dry I have a friend with Jerseys that I get milk from. My family all drinks the milk. Grands too. And no one had ever gotten sick from it.
I am so glad ya'll are finding good fresh raw milk instead of the store milk. You can do so many things with raw milk too. Enjoy!

raw milk is all i will drink. not only do i know too much about nutrition to drink processed milk, i just cant stand the taste...its not milk! right now, i am getting my calcium from yogurt because the fermentation process reverses most of the mess made by pasturization. drink up, girl! if you have raw milk, you have a great blessing.
