Now testing Firefox 3.6.11 on Designer5 again (my computer):


Happened to click refresh before I tried again, but otherwise popped up fine this time without any other change.

All the other computers required no fussing.

This is a test from an XP box using Chrome 7.0.517.41



chrome's upload/popup/file-explorer window is a bit clunky. But it seems to be working from here...
