please be sure you can commit
as it would not be fair to your partner
I'm adding this tidbit:
if you have not heard from your partner
by the end of the week when Partners are posted
i will assign you a different partner
and the person not responding will be out
i want this to go smoothly and everyone to have
a partner and fun..so please be sure you want to and are able to
do the swap..so many times things happen and its unfair
not to receive in a swap after you have sent yours..
and this is a really fun swap with plenty of time and effort and creative talent
that goes into your project so please please be 100% sure
..i don't want to sound like a nag but
fair is fair to all..

You don't sound like you are nagging. You just want to make sure it is a fair exchange and someone doesn't get shorted. I've been there even after the addresses have been exchanged.
