Hi,
Thanks for the quick replies, everyone! I did not get them in time for supper, so I had to go ahead and guess. I just multiplied the 9" amounts by 1.5 and it turned out great! My family was very impressed with it, and they even took a picture of me holding my first BakeOver (yes, I was wearing an apron, too!) before we devoured it!
Looks like I'll be ordering more in the future...

Sounds like you did great! :D Isn't it great to know that you are eating something organic and it is so easy to make?

I should have seen that one coming...
I'll have to figure out how to post pictures.
Today I'm in the middle of making peanut butter cookies with the mix, using MaryJane's recipe from the magazine. So yummy!

i recently started using the budget mix and i am sold on it now! at first i worried it might be too pricey, just cause it is a quality item and around here organic products are a little bit more, in general. but it was a gift for participating in the pincushion contest. it really seems to go far, and everyone here loves it, and i feel great nowing it doesnt have any benzohyponitromsg type stuff that could make ya glow in the dark, or worse! now, i'm ready to try other mj products.
love fran

I LOVE the peanut butter cookies - I'll bet you all enjoyed them! And Fran - I have to say, I've not been disappointed with anything of MJ's that I have tried, but the Budget Mixes are some of my favorites!!!
XOXO, Libbie

I just bought the whole wheat (among a few other items), but I haven't received it yet in the post.
I'm not so much thinking of baked goods--we really don't eat too very much of that at home, aside from the mexican casserole thingee that I've already copied down, what else do you girls make that's savory?
