I have a whole bunch of red clover growing in the yard, and I'm trying to think of things to do with it. Wine was the first thing that came to mind. Does anyone here make red clover wine? I'd like to try, but I'm not happy with the recipes I've found online.
What are some other things I could do with it? Not terribly interested in making tea...
