I have both but my milk kefir grains are frozen right now. I just took some out a couple of weeks ago and started using them again. They came back fine. I have my water grains in the fridge right now, will have to take them out and see how they are doing. I will let you know..do you want the milk grains frozen? If so it will take them about a week to start producing again...but they should be fine. Let me know what you have to barter.

That would be great...let me take out the water kefir and put fresh sugar in it for a couple days to make sure it is ok. If it is I will mail them to you Wednesday. The milk kefir will have to be rinsed to get powder milk off of them then put in milk. It took mine just 2 days to come back. Email me your address and I will get them to you. Let me make sure the water kefir is fine before you mail the cross stitch kit, ok? I am so glad to see someone else that likes milk and water kefir. Have you tried Kombucha? We like it too.
