Hello everyone, I just became an official Farmgirl Sister today. I don't live on a farm, but I have a cat and a dog and I'm married to a farmer at heart, does that count? I'm mom to 2 daughters, grandma to 3 grandsons and great-grandma to one adorable great-granddaughter. Last year my DH and I bought a sweet little '57 Shasta and hope to take her on a few glamping trips this summer. Actually, I want to glamp. He wants to camp! I'm keeping my *fingers crossed* that the rising gas prices don't make us driveway glampers only! Some of my hobbies include scrapbooking and card making. You can check out more about that on my blog, Heart to Art. All kindred spirits are welcome :) (Be sure and leave a comment if you stop by so I can visit your blog if you have one) I'm looking forward to getting to know some of farmgirl sisters here and maybe even in person someday. Maybe glamping?

Hi Debbie...Welcome. I don't live on a farm, either; I'd like to, but wanting to and doing are not the same, is it? That's the beauty of MJF, you just have to have the want to join in. I too am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 4 beautiful girls. Check out all the sites and threads and maybe I'll "see" you again... The most important thing to remember is to have fun...

Hugs!

Hi Debbie, Welcome Welcome! I love the name of your blog and will go visit it. I'm another Oregoner. I'm in Klamath Co., off grid, high desert. You will love the Farmgals, I'm a newer member myself and also just became a paid-up official member today. The is a wonderful forum. There are so many threads to follow and glean.

Can you post a pic of your Shasta?! I'm so envious! Our off-grid life is practically like camping, so Glamping would be a serious step up and what fun!

Looking forward to getting to know you, and again, Welcome!
Susan

Welcome Debbie. I had a girlfriend who lived in Roseburg and she loved it there. She worked for the VA. She then moved to Hawii and loves it there too. You will find warm friends/sisters of the heart on the forum. I will be moving in April to Portland, OR for a few months. Maybe we could meet up. I think I go thru Roseburg on my way to Portland. I'd love to meet another farmgirl. Joey
