Ha ha, no, all the snakes I've seen have been in the road . I had brushed out the momma cat on Monday night and didn't see her all day on Tuesday. I went out Tuesday afternoon and started hunting for them. I brought them all inside to keep protected from all the other country animals, birds, and snakes.

How adorable! I love baby kittens! We used to have a lot of cats when I was a kid out in the country and all the momma cats would leave their kittens with me while they went hunting!

Paula, Momma cat (Sara Cheetoh) is inside, too. She's a good mom. It's her first litter and she hasn't left their side.

From her name, Momma must be an orange kitty too. So glad to hear she is okay!

Those kittens are adorable. I wish I lived closer so I could take the orange one. We have two cats who would just love to mother them.

That's much better than what I find in our woodpile: snakes and spiders.

Netty, I can just see those cats following you to the mailbox! Cats make me smile and laugh. I absolutley love them. I have four outside cats, but they don't follow me to the mailbox. They are always on the deck waiting to be fed again, and again, and again. A couple of months ago, a repairman came to the house. When he saw the four outside cats he asked if they were all expecting at the same time. NO!!!! They are all spayed and neutered. I had to laugh when he left.
