In the south we make a relish with cucumbers, cabbage and green tomatoes, called Chow-Chow, (usually served with field peas or beans) but I've never heard of cuke jelly Beth |

I have never heard of cucumber jelly...no cukes this summer anyway but I would be willing to try it if I get some cucumbers. Your little peppers may have the fire you need in small packages. I only use about 1/2 pepper.
