Well, we are off to the Minnesota State Fair early Sunday morning!
It's been a LONG time since I have been on the fair-grounds and that was off season for a HUGE Antique sale...
Can't wait to get "on the road again" even if it's just for two days. I've been to Minnesota many, many times, but it's been quite a few years since we passed through. I really admire "Minnesotans" and how well the roads and parks are maintained and it is so beautiful all across the state.
After the fair we will be going school shopping at the Mall of America-We were among the 1-million people there that very first week it opened when I was pregnant with my daughter Nan-Wow---She'll be twenty in December!
Any restaurant suggestions for us ....in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area?
