marjean, I also have Lyme disease and would like to know what you do to keep it under control. I have had it for years and just diagnosed about a year ago. Do you have any books you want to sell on Lyme disease?

Also, check out the blog Water with Lyme and the Facebook groups for Lyme disease and recipes and diets. I can give you those links in the email. One very important thing I learned was drink lots of water daily. Lyme can't grow in water. It makes you think you are not thirsty, so you have to force yourself to drink. When I get up I drink 16 oz. of water and then try to drink 8 oz. every hour. I use a pitcher so I know how much I'm drinking. I fill it up that morning and that helps me see how I am doing.
