It makes it so much more difficult when there are family issues going on.

Remember that God is by your side and his loving arms will cradle
you and your darling hubby where he will keep you safe. Keep your
faith and remember the power of our Heavenly Father. Don't worry about other family, you do what you think God would have you to do.

I am sorry to hear of Bill's mother's condition. How heartbreaking. My prayers are with you and the whole family. I am also sorry about the car issues but it does sound like it was an appointment and opportunity for some mending and healing to take place.

Cee Jay, I am keeping you and your family in my prayers and about getting Robin's car repaired. I pray all will go well with every thing else and hope the healing can really start with your family. I really am sorry about your MIL's condition.
I am glad you enjoyed your muscle car ride and didn't get into trouble with it anyway.

We are back home, safe and sound. The house was very cold and it took a while to get it heated up . . but it's warm now! I'm thankful for my home and for heat!!
Robin's car is in the process of being repaired. Unfortunately it was more major than we had hoped and it's a big hit to their finances . . .so pray for finances to manage this. She's taking it in stride but her hubby tends to get "hot under the collar" about stuff as he does NOT handle adversity very well. She is able to get rides to work. I took her yesterday morning and hung out in her classroom for a little bit before picking up my hubby and son to head home. It was a nice extra treasure of time.
My car decided to have the window in the front passenger seat go "wonky" so I'll have to get that repaired. Had to stuff foam and shirts in the gap for the trip home. If it isn't one thing it's another . . .
Back to the routine here and just waiting on God for His timing and direction!
