Just enough to make a pillow for a sectional Mid-Century couch I bought today- I snagged one triangular shaped -oyster back-mid section of a 3-piece sectional couch made by Mastercraft Furniture out of Omaha Nebraska-complete with labels.I wonder where the rest of the couch is?
I found it at our local thrift store - Custom made as indicated on the label and in MINT condition-Doesn't smell at all and it is completely intact, not faded, clean, no rips or stains or sags and very sturdy-I could NOT believe my luck! The couch is covered in "frise" fabric (that knubbly 1950's textured fabric) and the color is sort of a light chocolate milkshake with gold thread shot throughout.
I want to make a good sized pillow to accent it but I want to maintain the integrity of the couch so I am thinking bark-cloth or reproduction 50's style fabric in a print.
The bark-cloth should have bits of brown in it and I am open to whatever someone might have on hand.

farm girl sister#43 http://www.ladybugsandlilacs.blogspot.com/ O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce, Or a trouble is what you make it! And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts, But only--how did you take it?
