Yes, she does can, I know she is growing the veggies and herbs to live on through the winter.
Everyone who has sent seeds if you could just post here which ones you sent it will help, thank you.
Hugs,

Seeds to Michele went out from me on Monday, 4/8. I had cukes, dill, some flower seeds, green peppers, and golly, I should have made a list. I know there were three herb seed packets. For the life of me I can't remember.

Debbie,
I sent a note to her with the seeds and asked her to let me know if there was any that she did not get but wanted ... I would send them to her.

I'll bet Michele would love a CARE package like we send to soldiers overseas. You know, goodies that she might not purchase for herself right at this moment.

Yes Betty she really does love and appreciate all care packages. I try to send something special each month. She loves mysteries, books on tape, coffee, tea and chocolate. She gets so excited when she gets a package. Sometimes it's just a teabag, a couple of silly band aids or a seek and find puzzle I printed off the net! She just loves knowing someone out there cares. Just about anything is perfect since she doesn't have a car and lives a short distance from town.

I got a long letter from Michele and she ask me to tell you something. "My Dear Sweet Hens thank you for the seeds & that I am good on corn, green beans, carrots and tomatoes. But, anyone has any extra green onions, bell peppers, radishes, broccoli, Lima beans, rosemary, tarragon, oregano or Thyme, I'd love to have them and I's gladly will pay for postage if needed or wanted. I am doing alright but miss all of of you.
My next trip to town I will pick up some of the seeds she needs and if there is anyone left who wanted to seed her something she needed here you go.
Thank you all for coming through for a wonderful Farmgirl Sister in need, she appreciates it so much as do I, she is a very special and Dear Friend to me as well.
Any question let me or Julie know.
Hugs,
Debbie

Michele mentioned in her letter that she has lengthened her stay until April. That means she will have another winter there and spring also.

Hi Everyone, I received a nice long letter from Michele today and she is doing well. Has a very funny side too. I have a care package ready to go out tomorrow for her, just some note cards and posage that she might need. And a new journal. We have to know what she is up to up there one of these days. Hopfully she will write a book about all sh is doing. Hugs to all.

Thanks for the good news about Michele. She probably has enough seeds to plant acres and it will take her just as long to be sure they are watered, not to mention the time to prepare for winter.
