Happy Earth Day! How did you celebrate today? Did you do anything special? I had wanted to get outside an plant some seeds in the garden, but my baby girl has a fever today so we had a quiet inside day instead. We were able to treat her using essential oils and lots of TLC so perhaps that is good for the earth! Tonight we're making hamburgers for dinner. (Homemade buns and home grown beef! Yummy) I hope everyone got to celebrate how they wanted!

Happy Earth Day! We farm girls may be more in tune with the earth, the seasons, the growth, and the beauty than a lot of others. Let's keep it beautiful, clean and fruitful!

=} I was a midwife to a bunch of first time ewes! LOTS of lambs! I also planted a bunch of late starts since it likely won't be warm enough til June any way to set things out. We had a lot of frost this morning still. It was a beautiful sunny day and I renewed my yearly pledge to do everything possible to leave a lighter footstep in the coming year.

AlyssaMarie ~ How is your sweet pea tonight? I hope that she's resting easier.

Annika, she is doing much better. Her fever broke Monday night and by Tuesday she was back running around in the sunshine! The frosts have been hard around here too lately. I bought a bunch of frost cover protection for my garden but I'm still questioning setting things out even with that.

Thanks for all the responses everyone!
