I got this wonderful package in the mail today from Marie. WOW!! I love it all but I especially love the CD she sent with one of her hubby's songs on it. Marie, I also loved the surprise purple paper you wrote, the card and all the info on the color purple. I knew it was the color of royalty but didn't know why and now I do. Ate all the jellybeans right away(well, I did share with DH.) I also do origami so I absolutely loved that and the fact that there were letters on the paper inside intrigued me. Thank you SO much for everything. I hope you like your package as much as I did. DH took it to the PO today, but I did not send priority mail so it may take a few days. Thanks again. Joey, I had so much fun putting this together. The paper contains the words to the songs on the CD written with a fountain pen and distressed and singed so that it would look like a long-lost original. DH thought it was cool. It was his idea to include the recording. It is kind of a sad song. By the way, I almost ate the jelly beans myself and sending out an empty tin as a trick. LOL
The paper is repurposed. I save all kinds of paper to make my stars. I may start placing the text on the outside of them because people are so intrigued by the words and where the paper originated. This technique is called tea bag folding.
I can wait for your package . . . almost.

Got your wonderful package. Everything is just great! I needed some magnetic clips for my refrigerator. I have to watch my daughter though, orange is her favorite color. If something comes up missing, I'll know who took it. lol

I love everything you sent me. Cute, cute cute fabric, wonderful maple leaf candle, bee hive stamp....I love bees. The Halloween mini cupcake liners are darling, I will be using them right away. Pretty orange card stock and pumpkin bead craft to make. I also loved the card you made and what you wrote is so special. Thank you for this wonderful gift. You are and always have been such a wonderful swap partner.

What a lovely box of pretty things. HOWEVER, it isn't from me. This must be from your partner on the Fall Color Swap..maybe?...or a surprise box from some sweet farmgirl? Wonderful things..not from me. I sent your box out on 10/03/13. You should get it soon. Please forgive the envelope. When I went to mail things out I realized I had only 1 envelope and no time to get more. I didn't want to miss my own deadline so I cut the envelope in half and taped it shut. Hope it gets to you OK.
