Portia - received my package today :-). Love it all. It's like you have been in my house :-)
Received a "Heartwarming Inspirational Romance", a felt bookmark, felt coaster, some tea and a nice big chocolate bar. I'll be curled up in my comfy chair reading, drinking tea and eating chocolate this weekend.
I have your items ready. Need to find the nearest Post Office. I moved last month and still trying to find my way around. I will mail your box tomorrow.

Yesterday I got 2 books from Shirley along with honey and trail mix. My family better order pizza because I will be lolling out on the back porch, reading the books!
Save the Earth...it's our only source of chocolate.

I received a great package from your Mom Judy. Judy you were so generous. I really like everything you sent. I have already drank some of the tea and it was wonderful. The books look very interesting and fun. Warm slippers, great books, hot tea and candies. It can't get any better than that!

Brenda, from my mom Judy you are most welcome. She cannot wait to be able to go and see Nora Roberts home and especially Inn Boonsboro, and to go to the book store and possibly meet her. She lives about 5 miles from us, and has a course at our local college. Again we are glad you liked it.

I just received one of my packages in the mail from Canyon artist (Heather), and not a moment too soon. I am off tomarrow and the book and the tea and chocolate is going to be soooooooo nice. Everything is beautiful from the homemade bookmark, and card to the tea. Thank you Thank you Thank you. It is a treat, and the homemade biscotti didnt even make it before i had a bite before dinner. :) my compliments to the chef. The books look wonderful, i am in need of a historical novel and this will do nicely as i lounge in bed tomarrow after feeding all the animals etc.

Heather, thank you for the books again. I'm sitting at work and reading My Antonia, how perfect it starts out in Winchester Va, not too far from me. :) Going to be a great book. Did anyone receive packages this sat.? If so please share.

Kristi, thank you soooo much for all the wonderful goodies that arrived Friday. I apologize for not thanking you sooner, but I have been sick.Your package could not have arrived at a better time. I have had a sinus infection, so I promptly heated the mask, got in my chair and devoured the candy and the book! I finished the book Saturday. I loved it! I read Amish books all the time but had never heard of this one or the author. I will have to look for the rest of the ones he has written....or do you have them and maybe I could buy them from you? Roasted almonds in the candy....yum-o.....almonds are my favorite nut. And, I love tea but have not tried the one you sent, so I am looking forward to that. The toe socks with matching gloves were awesome....I love bright colors! Again, thank you so much. The whole box lifted my spirits.

Portia, sorry to hear that you have been sick, hope you are feeling better. Glad the package got there safely and just in time. I do not have more of the books in that series/by that author. I actually had another book in mind for you but had to order it and it just came in this weekend. I plan on reading it again and sending it on to you.

Ladies thanks for posting, I love when stuff like that happens, you get what you need when you need it. Sounds like a wonderful package. I hope the mailman can get to my house today with the snow and ice we had last night and early this am. It's been a great day so far planting seeds for the maryland poultry swap, ill be setting up an herb stand. Im excited. come on springs.
