| I am going in for an upper and lower scope this morning. I have had digestive issues for years and just can't get them under control. Doc says it is time to see what is going on. Took a happy pill for anxiety and going with a smile on my face and believe that God has it all under control. That said, I am very hungry and can't wait till I can drink and eat. Please pray this goes without a hitch. You guys are great, Blessings!!!!! |

| Believe it or not, I am back home and surgeon thinks everything looks pretty good. Get the results back with in two days. Relieved it is over. Don't know if it will give me any more answer, but one more thing I can mark off the list. |

Kem, glad you're back home and this initial part is over! Hope everything turns out simple and ok! Now go eat!!! (if you can...I dunno, DH couldn't eat after his. But I can't remember if it was Dr.'s orders or if he just couldn't stomach anything....)

Kem- just saw this now. Praying for your results to be all good. I know how anxious test can make us! And I am glad that the test went smoothly so far!! I will keep you in my prayers!

Upper and Lower scope turned out fine. My X-ray showed multiple kidney stones that are too large to pass. I am having a scope surgery on March 6th to have them removed. It is going to be like lipotripsy (sorry for the spelling), but they will use an internal camera so they can see, blast, and basket them. I have too many and too large for the normal lipotripsy. Anyway, I am hoping that is why I have issues and pain all the time. I have had 3 lipotripsies in the past so I am not worried. It is out patient surgery and have done well in the past.

Glad to hear you've got it figured out and the plan is in motion to get things fixed. We'll be praying that all goes well. Sometimes the "not knowing" is a lot worse than the cure. Keep us posted.

Kem I definitely know what you are going through. I have had lipotripsy. Then I've had where they went in and blasted it. I still have one, but right now it is not bothering so they are going to do anything. But when it does they will do something. So have you in my thoughts and prayers my sister.
