I am having fun chatting via email with my partners. I picked up a few items yesterday to add to their seeds.....now I'm looking for a good box to put them in. I hope everyone else is having as much fun as I am.

Daizy, I am having a great time chatting with you, your so interesting the life you lead. Just put the finishing touches on my package and just sent it out. Cant wait for the swaps to begin.

Sent your seed package out today. Please let me know when it arrives! I hope your snow melts soon. Here we have had rain with a mix of sleet. The weather is not affecting my chives. Fresh cut chives on my baked potato tonight! May warmer weather arrive your way. Heather |

I just received my package from Heather. I love everything.
I received the following seeds:
Parsley
German chamomile
Fennel - love this, I make the seeds into a tea which controls flatulence
Zinnia
Thunbergia - a black-eyed Susan vine which will grow nicely on the fence
Cardinal Climber - also good for the fence
Nasturtium - I like to pick the leaves and flowers to use in a salad
These are from her own garden:
Dill
Larkspur
Hollyhock - my grandmother used to cultivate these
Heather also sent me a little envelope of flower, butterfly and dragon fly cutouts and a package of note cards (which are always useful). This was all wrapped in a piece of plastic laminated with flowers. Everything here is useful to me and the seeds are definitely what I want.

I am sending my packages today!! I was out of town over the weekend and once I got home I have not been able to leave the ranch. Babies and fencing .... Today .. Today is the day. So sorry to my partners. Hope you like them tho.

Hay there, I got both of my swap partners packages mailed off today. Lori and Tiana, I hope you enjoy them. I had so much fun gathering all the goodies to send out.
I have received both of your packages and I hope to post a photo tonight when I get a chance. I love, love, love everything that's in them. I am so ready to get some dirt under my nails.

Mz Lori, what a wonderful assortment of seeds you sent. Sugar cane?? Now, how do I tend all these wonderful flowers and vegies. I love the other items also. Just look at all the beautiful gifts.

Thank you Mz Lori and Mz Tiana. What fun this has been. I was a tad late sending out your packages but I do hope you enjoy them. I will certainly enjoy both of mine. I have teas and snacks. I have pots and markers. I have lotions and bath gels. I can dig in the dirt and get dirty.....then jump in the shower and get all spruced up. I beleive this year will be the year for an outdoor shower!! I have a new shopping bag, also (mine was wearing out). I will have to expand my garden space for all the new and interesting varieties of seeds.
I can't thank you both enough. This was my first seed swap so I didnt quite know how it worked but you two are amazing. Thank you again and again and again.
