Teresa, thanks for sending me your info. Yes, Johnson City/Binghamton/Vestal (the tri-cities)are located upstate....or so they say!I call it PA since we are only 12 miles from the PA line. We really lived upstate when we lived in Ithaca and then between Utica and Syracuse. We are not natives....originally from the South....but this is the third time to live upstate.

Portia, my husband and I were just recently looking for property upstate. We researched Schoharie, Greene & Delaware counties, but soon realized that our dream of a farm is going to have to wait a little longer! 3 kids that are still in school are not anxious to leave the life they know. So we will wait
