OMGeepers! this is the 1st time in 6 years that I will not be camping and glamping down by the Spokane River with my gal pals...
Every year since I moved to Spokane, WA., I would camp with my Sisters on the Fly gal~pals,,, we grew from a small gathering of 20 gals to well over 42(at last years event)...
S.O.T.F., is a nation wide organization,,, so when ever anyone could round up, and we would use anything as an excuse, we would give out a shout and before you know it,,, you have a gathering of trailers, food and friendship...
I love being a S.O.T.F. gal as well as a MJF gal.. and with the 2 combined... well... it's the perfect Life for me...
I even named one of my trailers, "Farmgirl on the Loose"... in honor of that spirit...
This coming weekend is the weekend that I would normally be glamping with my gal~pals, at the river and shopping the annual Farm Chick show... oh sign... but now I live in Central California... so I will, in honor of my friends, be glamping out in my trailer on my property this weekend... I so miss this time of year, the 1st big gathering... and all the NW camping events that I would normally attend... but I have new friends here,,, and years of fun glamping lay ahead of me...
The old never gatherings to be forgotten and the new gatherings to get me into more mischief...

good obs m zCeejay... yep, that was from the year before (long hair) a few weeks later I had cut all my hair off to donate to 'Locks of Love'... my hair went to an organization that makes wigs for young cancer patients..

Ohhhhh, I am sure our sistahs missed you. I haven't been able to camp much either but plan to have a meet and greets soon. You will find amazing friends in your new area and I hope you plan to join in on new fun and see new places. Sister hugs.

Oh ya! and I recall a certain 'sister' scoring an awesome pr. of 90% new Ariat boots... and I bought some heavenly scented soap... and best of all, I got to watch 'Abbott & Costello' taking down a tent in the rain! lolololol!
Bramble on the other hand, I think enjoyed the view of the river and all the wacky ladies...
It was fun and we made sister memories...

OMG! I do remember,,, I don't know if it was the soppin' rains or just the sheer humor of that 'verse'... or after having been around 44+ ladies for 4 days,,, well. again that comment was perfect for us! lol!
