DOES ANYONE HAVE SOME GOOD RECIPES OR USES FOR HONEYSUCKLE SYRUP....PLEASE SHARE IF YOU WILL.

Hi Frannie,
I have never had the privilege of having Honeysuckle to cook with but I have made Violet Syrup. I just used the recipe for Violet Jelly but didn't add the pectin. I hope this helps. I bet Honeysuckle Syrup would be wonderful, a sweet farmgirl swapped some jelly with me one year.

oh no,,,,denise...i was also hoping that you posted the recipe for honeysuckle jelly or whatever using the simple syrup. i found a recipe for preparing the syrup that was so simple....no pun intended and then i thought some one would know what to do with it....i am gonna do a search and see what i can come up with.lol

Frannie,
I would use it added to seltzer water for a refreshing and light spritzer, maybe top ice cream or angel food cake with it.
