Hello I love Fat quarters to make little crafts. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a fat quarter swap. The way I thought I would do it is take names and address and compile a list. Everyone would send I fat quarter to each name on the list. I am going to limit it to 12 people in a group. Let me know what you think.I will take names now we will send them out in Jan Hugs, Elizabeth |

I love that idea!! So..they would all be different..not the same fat quarter to each person...right?? I am in either way!

Aunt Jenny, What ever fat quarter you would want to send. They could all be different. I think it would be fun to get fabric from all over. Hugs, Elizabeth |

No problem...it is a quarter yard of fabric, sometimes a little more .Usually 100% cotton and they used to be calico, gingham but now people use any type of quilting fabric. They can be found precut in fabric stores, usually stacked or rolled with fat quarters of compatible fabrics. It's lots of fun to see what a variety you get and great for sampler type quilts because you usually get enough to mix and match for multiple blocks. Hope that helps clear things up!
