I just threw out all my Jelly for the last 2 years it did not jell. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

When mine doesn't jell it becomes ice cream topping. It's delicious that way. I also put it in smoothies.

What are you using for the "jell"? How long are you letting it sit in the canning water?

I use the stuff in the yellow box the name is escaping me. I follow the directions to the letter and never had good luck. Could my problem be the product it's Plums. I am going to try the chill over powder of MJ next.
