                      | Marilyn...Love your picture and what a Great way to test out your colors. I don't know if you have young children around that you a partial to but that
would brighten a kids room...all framed up and hanging on the wall. $ Tree is
a great place to get frames for your coloring Projects!!! Or Walmart if you
want nicer wooden frames. I did end up buying the book I sent you and the Do Magazine
you sent my pictures out of. Love them both!!!

 Hugs,
 Peggy

                      | I managed to do some coloring in one of my books today, just a little in conjunction with my Bible study. My middle daughter things mom coloring is great and was really pleased to "color together" so that is an extra benefit! I'll post pictures when I get something finished.

                      | I was in Tractor Supply today and bought two coloring books, one was Birds and Blooms and the other was the DO magazine, I was pleased with my purchase and will have to color later on when I have a chance.
 Neat.

                      | Wow, I just had fun scrolling through this thread and looking at all of the coloring pages. I was just reading today about some tips for using colored pencils, so I thought I'd share them here. Prismacolors are the best. I've been using them since third grade when I started drawing for competitions. I saw someone post about them with their pencil sharpener... I think it was CJ. They really are worth the money. Anyway here are some fun tips if you're using colored pencils.

                      | I found coloring pages on the Mucha website, and printed this lady. I used Walnut Hollow pencils with metallic pencils on the necklace, belt, and background.

                      | Hey girls.....I was just flipping through an Artist Club catalog that came in the mail and they have coloring books on sale for 20-35% off until March 14th! I just peeked and they have a great selection, too. Here's the link:

                      | I just ordered two books from the Artists club, a fun place. I did order The Secret Garden off of Amazon a while back and got it for $9 something and they are regularly about $15.
 You might check there too.
 Thanks for the tip Marilyn.

                      | Sabrina...I use a decorator box for my 15 coloring books and I stand them up in the box. Then I keep all my pencils in a large sturdy tote-bag (I have many tote bags) and all are
used for crafting projects. But when I get ready to go to Barnes and Noble for a couple of
hours of relaxing over coffee in their Cafe'...I can just pick out a couple coloring books
and throw them in my Pencil Tote and go! Totes are both a great way to store and an easy
 pick up and go item.

Would love to hear other ideas too!

 Hugs,
 Peggy

                      | Those are neat ideas, I do have my colored pencils in a little tote bag and I went through them the other day and used baggies to color coordinate them like all red shades in one bag, and so on. It makes it easier for me to find the color I want with out having to dig through them all. My books are stacked next to my table. They are really so neat for coloring and using for drawing ideas as well. I sure enjoy them.
