Hubby and I will be heading back to California for the Holiday.. we leave mid Dec, possibly sooner, depending on the weather...
(it snowed here today)...
We'll stay between hubbies mom and my mom's houses...
Thousand Oaks, Lancaster and Palm Desert... from mid Dec to mid Jan... yeppers, we are gonna 'Snow Bird' it ,, our test run....
We would like to stay longer, but still to much stuff to do around this house ($$repairs) But next year,, look out Snow birds!
I will have my lap top and portable wifi,, so I can bore you all to tears with what mischief I am getting into!! lol!

Grace---you rock on and you are never boring I plan to send you and Sara a Christmas card soon and a pic of me and hubby---Holler Girl revealed. Not a great beauty for sure but Hubby is Handsome. Go over and see what happened to me on hating reasons . not having much fun and locked up with a hurt grouchy old man. glad you have a hot spot grace and that you continue to post---we all love them. Have fun and I never have meet a person with as great a sense of humor as you---except for myself of course. And as my cousin always said---your sense of humor is severe.

I'm cleaning, packing and getting things in order for the trip...
counting the days... and making my 'shopping & crafting list; for the trip...
Haven't decided to buy/make & wrap gifts here,, or wait till I get back too sunny SO> California to shop.. hmm, decisions, decisions...

Grace---are you trying to pack up and leave because I was going to send you a pic of me??? I actually went to town today and looked almost normal and got complimented on my outfit. Holler Girl escapes! Anyway I would do half the gifts and wrapping at home and half when I got there---the best of both worlds. Too little too late do get tedious at Christmas. Prepare and enjoy.

I am crocheting lots of dish cloths as well as the tops of dish towels in the matching cotton yarn.. as lil gifts...
I am going to the "Pickin Spokane" Christmas hand craft show over on the State line ( WA. & ID).
I will be searching for sweet little hand crafted items to tuck into the mittens I made last week.I luv home made soaps and lip balms and brooches which will make for perfect tuck ins.
I have a talk stash of perfect sized gift bags and tons of holiday tissue paper, so I think I will shop up here and wrap down there.
And who knows, maybe I will come across some little craft shows down there in SO.Cal....
