Question. If you can give away your secrets. What and where did you get
The dew drops on your flowers? Where did you get the attached standup for the back of the card.
I've never seen one of those.

Yesterday I received this adorable mail art plaque from Angela. It's hard to see it in the photo but the clouds, raindrops, flowers and leaves have glitter shimmering on them so it really looks like rain drops! I love it...and so does our family caregiver's three year old daughter! I will be hanging this in her little "play corner" where we can both enjoy it. The paper the plaque came wrapped is pretty too. And the card.....Angela, Woodstock is my favorite Peanuts character! He is so cute when he sits there and tweets! Thank you!

I'm glad you like it Patsy. It was really fun to do. I did the raindrops with a product called Glossy Accents which I bought at my local rubber stamping & card making shop. It comes in a small applicator bottle similar to glitter glue. I bought the easel backs from Dick Blick Art Supply. They come in packs of 3-5 ea in several sizes. They are probably available at craft and office supply stores too. They come with an adhesive backing so all you do is peel and stick them on.

I'm sure I messed up and I am hoping to be forgiven! Keep all things received with good feelings sent too!
Hopefully I will get better at this but for now I will stick with one thing a month and go from there!
Things are blooming and sprouting and the hummingbirds are here in the Northeast! Yay!

Oh my Vicki, your feeder is beautiful! So happy to see you don't have ted dyed water also!! I just read an article how the hummers are dying because people are allowing a deadly mold to build up by not washing them on a regular basis. I wash mine every 3 days when I change their food. It gets awfully hot here but I so enjoy them and their antics!! All the best for your summer!!!

Hi Jill,
Glad it finally arrived, it's a shilly shally LOL! Look back a ways under swaps & you will see some examples from a swap dedicated to shilly shallys! Often people add lace or something to the edge, sorry I did not. There is a piece about them in one of Mary Jane's books :) Did you find my note, or maybe it got caught up in the packaging? I have a couple shilly shallys and continue to be surprised how often I find a use for them & people with me are generally impressed when I pull out this simple, yet handy item :)
