I have a copper cake carrier similar to yours. I collect those coppery colored pieces. Wind chimes are very cute. here at the flea market they also use silver tea pots with the silverware.

Beautiful, Tasha.
I'd love to learn how to do those.

we have about a bajillion chimes all over around the house and into the woods a bit....they keep the creepy things away ;) I love them and just thought to give it a try. Grace wants to make some with her beads and sell them so she has more money to buy more beads (as if mom didn't give her enough money for all of her helping...) ahhh my little business savvy girl.....

I think I will go get some more stuff to make these this weekend. I think it cost me $3.50 or so to make these two.

They are really neat, I love them. I got a windchime for a wedding shower present, from my aunt. She worked at an antique shop. It has a big fork with the tines bent out, and spoons hanging off the tines. With a serving spoon for the chimey part. I love it. Michele
