Our special MJF Jubilee weekend is quickly approaching this year and I thought it would be fun to offer a special Giveaway opportunity. If you wish to toss your name in the basket, please sign up and leave a little comment about what being a part of this "Farm " community has meant to you. This way we can share some of our special moments and fun times with each other.

For me, MJF has been a huge influence on my life. The wonderful friends I have met here, the inspiring projects and talents of all of you, have made my life fuller and richer. I cannot imagine life without this community and all of YOU wonderful Farmgirls! We are so lucky that our Queen Bee, MaryJane, had the inspiration to set up the Chatroom for sharing and gathering. All of her magazines and books have brought me great joy and skills. Celebrating our Jubilee weekend May 1-3 together will be fun and I look forward to sharing our stories and hearing your thoughts.

Sign up through April 30 and I will select a winner on day one of the Jubilee on May 1, 2020.

A big congratulations to our winner, Deb, City Chick!! Please send me your mailing address so I can get your package off to you!!

My thanks go all of you for participating and sharing your thoughts on MJF. Here is wishing you all a very Happy Jubilee weekend!!

How about this cool truck to remind us of yummy dishes and family favorites that are now staring to happen everywhere? How I wish it was mine!!

Yes, Yes,, It is time for Jubilation!!!
It certainly has been fun,, chatting, crafting, and hugging and spending time with my farm girl sisters,, and even meeting some of them..
I think being a farm girl is a condition of the heart... and connecting is our source of Vitemin... Vite-F ... F for friendship..

I love what I have learned over the years from the gals here in the chat room...
Most recently,, that I can use saw dust inside my pin cushions!

After reading my very 1st issue of MJF (my daughter brought it back to me after a visit in Spokane).. I was hooked,, and then in July, 2009 I discovered the Chat room,,, and glad I did...

Thanx RTG for having this sweet event...
hugz

Thanks Winnie for hosting this sweet Jubilee 2020 give-away. The Farm is a place I visit to connect with women of a like mind. I love the conversation on gardening; working in the kitchen; crafting; just chit chatting; and endearing friendships. Our Jubilee is a celebration of MaryJane's birthday and a way for all us to say thanks to her for giving us the opportunity to meet other FarmGirls at Heart.

Winnie,
Jubilee is a wonderful thing! I love that we can celebrate being here, meeting farm girls in the chat room and in person. The farm has been such as great experience all these years. I'm grateful to Mary Jane for starting it all for us and for all the friendships made. I have learned so much from fellow farm girls. Things I may not have learned otherwise. It amazes me that there are so many friendships to be made and nurtured and so many avenues here in the chat room with which to do that.

I love the camaraderie of sharing our busy lives and supporting each other in our troubles. Sending swaps and writing to penpals has gotten me through many days of social distancing.

Mary Janes guided me back to my roots and to you like minded woman a few years ago. Seems it's so easy to get off track with the pressures society brings and Mary Janes Farm is a constant, gentle, loving and warm reminder to stay on track, not to veer far from your hearts path and calling. And, what surprised me most, were you ladies, this forum, the kindness, thoughtfulness, sharing tips and prayers, the chitter chatter of closeness and the friendships offered here. My heart is grateful.

Thanks, Winnie, for introducing me to another part of the Jubilee Celebration!

I have read MJF's magazine for years, but did not join the sisterhood until recently. In the short time I have been involved with the Chatroom, I have been welcomed and treated like I have been here for a long time. I love the friends I am making and the all the things they are sharing with me. I should have joined a long time ago. Thank you, Farmgirl Sisters!

I've been a Mary Jane's farmgirl almost since the beginning. I've made a ton of friends, have learned a lot, have sewn aprons and quilts, gone glamping, made bread, and had fun with farmgirl buddies in my own hometown. Mary Jane and her crew have inspired me, supplied me with a great magazine, food and great ideas. Kudos to all of the staff at Mary Jane's farm! I love my on-line buddies and friends. Happy Jubilee to all!

As I was moving some magazines today, I notice a Mary Jane's Farm magazine from 2017. I have enjoyed the magazine for a few years. I joined the Sisterhood during this time of quarantine. I am so glad I have. It is keeping me sane. I have met so many sisters. I have completed the work for one merit badge, am working on another, and have determined another to begin. I have described the sisterhood as a combination of 4-H and girl scouts for women, but it is so much more. This is a wonderful organization. Thank You is so insufficient, it will need to do until I further expand my diction.

Welcome everyone to the giveaway fun! I have enjoyed hearing about each of your thoughts on the MJF experience and I feel sure others who read them have enjoyed them as well. One of the fun aspects of this community is that we often find like minded new friends too.

I was a member here years ago. Just recently found myself back after seeing MJF magazine in Tractor Supply. I moved from the city out to the country and thought "I really need MaryJane in my life right now!" Who else could help point the way? Anyway, I dragged out my magazines and my books and feel like I've reconnected with an old friend. Glad to be back in this forum!

I think one of the reasons Mary Jane's Farmgirls appealed to me so much is that it beckons to a time when neighbors were friends and you took pride in doing things for your family. Thank you Mary Jane!

Thank you! I'm so excited. So happy to be back with you all. As I sat reading my MJF magazine from last fall my husband asked if I subscribed to the magazine anymore and I had said no, I picked it up at Tractor Supply - his response was "you need MJF magazine now more than ever - subscribe!"

Grace, that photo with horse smiles is just too darn cute for words!! Do you remember that old campfire song, "If your Happy and you know it"? Well the last line is . "If your happy and you know it, then your face will surely show it." Guess us gals are pretty darn cute per that photo!!
