Back in the day I loved to play April Fool's jokes on family and friends but for the life of me I can't think of one for today, so I am wishing all my Farmgirl sisters a Very Happy & Blessed April First Day and that's no fooling.

Happy April Fool's Day Sara! I think the weather has played the best joke on us here in the Midwest. The calendar says April and we have winter weather. Also, thank you for the beautiful card and pink handkerchief. I just got back from NYC and it was waiting for me in the mail. It was a delightful welcome home gift!

Happy April Fools Day, Sara! It was always a big day in our household growing up, lots of jokes and tricks. My boys are getting older now, so not so much, but, we still have fun with it. One of my favorites: Tieing a rubber band around the spray nozzle at your kitchen sink and turning it toward the person who may turn on the kitchen water - they get wet. AND, every year I did it to my mother as a child and my boys have done it to me, we still fall for it every year! It's messy, but fun!
Another one, my sister pulled on me was scraping out the white frosting in the oreo cookie and replacing it with toothpaste. I love oreos and totally fell for it when we were growing up. I was out late one night with my friends, came home and was surprised to think they saved me any oreos, so I gulped them down. Thought, hmmmm that's wierd, they are pepperminty, but I devoured everyone. Next morning she woke up so upset that I actually ate them. LOL!! Can't let a good oreo go to waste! :-)

Happy April Fools Day Sara. I hope you had a great weekend. I agree with the others. The weather has been playing the biggest joke on us this year. We have been getting snow again as well. Our weather just doesn't want to change to spring yet.
