How do you store your jelly rolls and transport them? I am in charge of making pumpkin rolls for Thanksgiving and I usually just wrap them in plastic wrap. But I know there is a better way to store them, I just haven't figured it out yet. Plus it seems the plastic wrap just makes them sticky.
I've never tried it but i seems you could dust them with powdered sugar and roll them in parchment or wax paper.

Judith, I will try the wax paper. I have used the powdered sugar with the plastic wrap and it seemed to make it even more sticky. Maybe the wax paper is better. Thank you.
