Hi ladies! Let’s do some Mail Art!
For those who do not know, I have had the privilege of taking over Mail Art! This year it will be occurring every other month and our first Mail Art of the year kicked off in May with a beautiful start. So, for clarity, it will happen in May, July, September, and November for this year.
This months theme for September was hard to decide. I had two ideas I could go with. One is the classic fall theme, pretty leaves, cozy books, tea and coffee, all that good stuff. Or I could do the second choice…
You see, my birthday is in September and ever since I was a little girl I have been obsessed with cows. When I was little, I loved cow print, wore little red cowboy boots every day, and dreamed of owning a dairy farm. Now I don’t know if owning a dairy farm is for me anymore, but my love of cows still stands!
So, for my birthday month the theme will be all things cow! Cow print, big grassy fields, dairy products, anything that cows represent and inspire! You can go very literal and collage together a bunch of cows on a big grassy field or go abstract by making cow print from scraps of paper. All I hope is you find cows as joyful as I do!
