Ladies,
Haven't been on here much due to health. Several of you have sent cards and I wanted to say my sincere thanks! Farmgirl mail is always a joy :)
They found I have 2 herniated/ruptured disc in lower spine.
Sooooo.........continuing treatments, physical therapy and hoping to avoid surgery. It will be a long process ahead still. I'm not allowed to sit, stand for longer than 5 minutes at a time. Can't bend, lift, lean etc etc. can't be in car except for medical appts. One day at a time! ;)
I will try and check in and participate as I can, just unable to as often as I might like.
Also, Brenda (classygram) is in the hosp right now .
She recently had a gallbladder removed. But still having similar health issues.
Goodness! It's been a year for all of us hasn't it?
But I hold onto the fact that our faiths and strength from each other get us thru!

Linda~ I am so sorry to hear about your health issues and all of the restrictions that have been placed on you at present. I do hope you are going to be feeling better soon! Let us know how you are doing when you are up to it.

Oh linda,
You take care of yourself and know that our thoughts and prayers are there with you.

My PT went very well today (had those epidural spine pain shots last week and so far it's holding)
Therapist was able to do deeper massage and give new stretching exercises.
Every bit of progress is a blessing !!
