Today I was out with my mil and we found a yard sale.
I found a good amount of Currier and Ives dishes that I collect. A brand new Date keeper that included a dozen cards in it, and 2 wicker baskets.
The girls that were holding the yard sale are cleaning out their Aunt's house, which is up for sale. They said this was the first one and they still had to go through the attic and basement as well as a barn full of furniture. I imagine they will be having a yard sale every weekend that is good weather from now until they get rid of most of it.
Finding those dishes was such a nice surprise. I started my collection with 6 bowls that my mom had. Now I have quite a few pieces.

Denise that sounded like a fun sale to go through. It was good you found those nice things.
