Still holding in the 30s here. Love winter but not fond of such cold temps with no snow.

Well we did managed to make it to 50 today. It is supposed to warm a little but along with that comes the rains. I'm fine with that. Rainy days are good days to craft!

I'm shocked it is 67 degrees here right now. The wind is really blowing hard though. Not getting anything done outside today.

It’s nice and sunny here today! I went grocery shopping and and am exhausted.

Have a good day!

It was partly cloudy and warm today. Big cold front headed down the state tomorrow and some severe thunderstorms are possible. This time of year, the weather in Florida can get volatile because we clash hard with cold fronts. It always makes it worrisome to me because this time of year also brings tornadoes with those big cold fronts

We have had a pretty nice May. 60 and 70 degrees. This last week it will be in the mid to high 80s and that's how June will start out. Seems like this is how I remember our weather timing when I was growing up in upstate NY. I hope everyone is not getting thrown into those high summer temps yet.

Denise ever since I moved here this weekend has always been gloomy or rainy. One year after I got here in California my family went camping and fishing and it rained up where we were. We did catch a lot of fish but rain went right under our tent that night. Quite the trip but it was beautiful up there. That was before they cleared the area and opened it up to traffic. It changed a lot.
Happy Memorial weekend!

It has been very dry here. It's been nice and warm during the day, 70's and 80's. Temps dropping at night but I think we are done with the frost warnings. We need rain so bad. I think we had rain one time in May at my house.

The past 5 days, we have had drier and much cooler weather. It has been such a change from the previous weeks of high heat and humidity. However, today starts the return of that hot/humid pattern but oh what a nice weekend we have had here at home.

Going to enjoy the high of 81 today because this coming week is definitely going to be summer weather. High in the 90s all week. I know it's nothing compared to the heat and humidity many of you deal with but for us up north it will feel hot enough. Guess I'll be getting some crafting done downstairs in the coolness.

We seem to be stuck on weather down here! Everyday is the same; hot, humid, maybe some thunderstorms, rinse , repeat! It doesn't look like there will be any changes coming in the near future. Right now we are watching 3 storms entering the Gulf area for potential strengthening into something tropical. Mid-August to Mid-September is peak hurricane season for us. Fingers crossed it won't be as disastrous for Florida like last year.

We actually turned the fireplace on for a bit this morning. It is 56 out right now and raining. Perfect day for a little baking. Sorry to all those in the heat and storms.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

Enjoy this cool spell, Julie! It does sound like a perfect baking day with the fireplace on to sit by with a cup of something hot. Ohhh, I can't wait for that kind of morning to arrive down here!

It was already 80 at 7 this morning. A replay of yesterday though the heat index won't be as bad thankfully. Looking forward to cooler temps coming next week.
I hope those of you with hot temps will soon get relief.

It’s 55 degrees here right now at 7:10 am,
It is supposed to get to the 60’s today.
And clear. At the moment the sky is grey and smoky!
Stay cool everyone.

Oh my goodness, those high temps would have me melting. It was 61 when I got up this morning and a high of 80 is predicted.

Going to enjoy this week. 70s most of the week. Great way to end August. The first week of September however is going to give temps in the 90s again. So I guess this week will be our false fall. I'm going to enjoy it while I can.
