It's been a typical March day. Windy and in the 50s. I am looking forward to 60 degree days.

Happy Spring! My favorite time of the year. It's beautiful here; projected to be 76 today.

I guess it won't officially be Spring until 11 something tonight but we definitely have a typical spring day with sunshine and it is windy as a March day can be. We had snow flurries yesterday.

Happy First Day of Spring everyone! We have had a couple of very cool days and nights to welcome in this new season following a weekend up to 80. Crazy Florida weather per usual!

Our tulips and the rest of the daffodils have all bloomed. Just in time for tonight's frost.
The lilacs have little tiny buds on. Hoping they will be okay.

We're back to cold wet winter, but we did have a couple days of Spring and I'm sure it will return.

Denise, I sure hope that frost doesn't kill some of your baby blooms yet to come out. I hate it when that happens!

It looks like the frost only touch the daffodils that were bloomed and only a few of those. The wind had so many on the ground I decided to snip those and bring them in.
Spent a little time picking up twigs and sticks that were blown off the trees. Still need to do a little cleaning of the flowers beds yet. We do have some box elder bushes that really either need trimmed way back or taken our altogether. Something has turned the leaves all brown last summer and they are an evergreen type. Here's a picture I got of the daffodils and tulips. JT planted so many last year so I'm hoping they last awhile.
