Denise, I may have found the answer to some of my pain issues. I started before noon on Monday. I took advil...now my usual dose was 4...but I decided to try something different.
So I took 2 and then I took one tylenol. ,,I was amazed, because the pain was so much less
Then at supper I did the same....again Tuesday the same, now it is Wednesday so we will see.
I read about this on YouTube. And I will say...it seems to work.
Thank God. Hopefully I will continue to improve.

Glad you gave found something to help you.
My back is doing okay as long as I walk but on the days I have to sit to do paperwork it gives me trouble. I do well when I remember to put something on it. |

And wouldn't it be beautiful with some Scandavian painting around the sides and archway.
Is anyone else a fan of Jan Brett's kids books with all of the critters and the little child? The Mitten is a favorite of mine. But I just love her art work. |
