Yesterday evening we were outside with the dogs and what do you think we heard? The music from the ice cream truck going by our house. Wow, it was wonderful and we of course all got an ice cream. When we were kids and you heard the ice cream truck coming you knew summer had started.
It has been such a long time since I had something take me back to my childhood and make my heart sing! We can not wait for the next time he comes.
Does anyone else have the ice cream truck come to your neighborhood?

| I think there has been an ice cream truck in town at times but it wouldn’t come out here, sadly. No one will deliver anything 10 miles out. |

I haven't had an icecream sandwich in a long time! That sounds good!!!
I don't think the icecream truck owners realize how much money they would make going to farms LOL! I bet it would be worth their while to deliver outside of town :) |

| Oh I am sure it would. Okay he thing is there are only 2 children in our block of 9. But, if he comes back we will have the money for more ice cream, 3.50 each. But, that’s fine it just gives me such joy! |

We are only about seven miles out but no ice-cream trucks, so each spring my hubby buys some kind of individual ice-cream for the freezer. This year we discovered FAT BOY ICE CREAM sandwiches.
