Posted - Oct 30 2014 : 06:19:49 AM Hey Farmgirls, Remember earlier in August and September we were talking about Candy Corn? Well today on MaryJane's raisinjane blog, Megan did a post about Jelly Belly Candy corn made here in the US. I never knew this and it seems they have been making it a very long time. Since Brachs is made in Mexico now and the US company ,Zachery's, is hard to find here in town, I have not had my usual fix. When I went to the Jelly Belly site, I saw their banner that October 30 is National Candy Corn Day!!

I ordered a couple of bags for the upcoming November days. They have this cute Autumn mix that include must have pumpkins, candy corn, and some cute other shapes. Can't wait to get them here for the Fall days of November and Thanksgiving. Whoop!!

Posted - Nov 03 2014 : 03:00:43 AM I bought a bag of premixed, hum not as good. (still ate them!) Get separate bags and mix them yourself. I think the premixed the peanuts get different/soft or something.

Posted - Nov 01 2014 : 04:55:41 AM Have you tried eating candy corn and peanuts at the same time. Oh it is like a salted nut roll. (Got to use the regular flavor candy corn.) It is good.

Posted - Oct 30 2014 : 11:02:39 AM Check out the site Shannon because Jelly Belly has all sorts of fall candies besides candy corn. Like pumpkin Pie Jelly beans! If you order today, you get a 15% off on the candy corn basics which helps off set the shipping. I am not a huge candy eater, but in the Fall, I have to have good candy corn!! I guess it is such a part of my 63 years of celebrating Fall that I gotta have me some! Made in the US, always!!

Posted - Oct 30 2014 : 06:24:45 AM Ah, a day for my favorite candy. It's still in the stores here - Brach's & Zachery's. I have already had my 2 small bags limit for the year so I will have to wait to celebrate next year.
