I received the most darling and sweet snowman mug (I love snowmen!) with lots of goodies included from Melissa. Melissa included not only a mug, but two packages of gourmet coffee, a beautiful card with a ceramic candy cane attached, a box of cookies (ok, they were gone in a minute LOL!), and an absolutely beautiful book of desserts and I want to try each and everyone of them. They all definitely brought a smile to my face and a glow to my cheeks and a warmth in my heart. Thank you, thank you, Melissa! You definitely made my day!

Oh my dear Nadine ~ Received my great big beautiful mug yesterday in the Christmas bag with all the wonderful cocoa packages. So sorry about your accident Nadine. Lots of damage to the other driver's vehicles but seems those big old busses can take a lot of abuse. I am jealous of all the greenery down there in Texas. It is bitter cold in my corner of the world ... not a leaf on a tree, not a bud on a rose. I'm already dreaming of Springtime! In the midst of all your angst, thank you for sending my Christmas mug. Okay, after a round of snow,,some frost and some rain..AND..I was in a school bus wreck today..all these things happening is not my idea of having fun..but. I did get my beautiful mug,pretty napkin that had some good tasting candy in it..I did mail your mug to you Sharon in between all this mess that has been happening here..LOL..I am ok..Here is the info on the wreck..I am glad I didnt have all my kids on the bus which is about 80..

We got snow all day today. My doggie, Bramble, and I went out for our trudge . . . 4 miles. I actually did think of you. I love to walk when it is snowing!!! We had a great time!!

Hey Michelle(Futters), my mug pkg came today.Thank you soooo much!I love that tall mug.Out of all the mugs I've collected over the years, I don't have any tall ones. Funny huh? Thanks for the cocoa for in it too! I wish you gals could see the tiny, red Santa long-johns with the cutest drop-seat where she put some peppermints. It has a poem attached about, Sorry I couldn't find a stocking to put these goodies in, so I'll just have to use Santa's underwear!" Soooo Adorable! Thank you again Michelle! It was just what I needed to see on my steps after a long, tiring day!I had that and 5 farmgal Christmas cards to open!Yippeee!

Hi, CJ. We did have snow on Friday, but it was really wet and the ground and streets so warm that it only lasted for a little while. Enough for the folks down here to "play" till they got too cold LOL!! It was fun, though, to see it and feel it on my face. We had a hard frost on Friday night and Saturday morning we had a cold high pressure system, so I could actually see my breath when I went out and the frost on the wisteria arbor was really beautiful. The air was very crisp - almost felt like home. Had a great week-end Christmas shopping with my sister and Mom and now getting ready to go back to work tomorrow. Have a great week!

I'm awfully fond of snowmen . . . and s'mores . . . so all the snowmen are right up my alley. I put the kitchen towel immediately on the handle of my oven. I'm trying to get started on Christmas decorations as well
