hi all i like to ask for prayers for my nephew James
he has lost his way and turn to drugs a few years ago
he is trying to get his life back in a new city and
can use all the prayers he can get to find his way
our family are all praying the lord will shine his light on him and
he can show him the way back.

I don't know if James is a Christian but I highly recommend the Life Recovery Bible. It is for anyone in any form of recovery. It contains the serenity prayer and the twelve steps. I will say a prayer that he remains sober and remember who he really is--a child of God.

keeping James in my thoughts and prayers. Phyllis

James is in my prayers, He is not alone in his battle. The high schools we thought were the best in the area have a high herion use. He can beat it but it is very hard, Tell him the most successful people are the ones who attend meeting. Some need to attend daily. Also keep praising his soberity/ freedom from drugs. Its a long and scary road usually with a few slip-ups but BEATABLE!!

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

Father, I pray for James today. I pray that You will have a nothing-but-divine encounter with him so that he will know that You are real. I pray that as he tries to make his way in this new city that You will cause him to cross paths with only the "right" people. People who will encourage his efforts toward making things right and people that will lead by good example and love him from where he's at to where he can be. I pray that he will make an amazing life change, like I myself have seen many times, and that he will become a living testimony of what You can do and that many others will hear about his transformation and be changed themselves! In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN!
