I was looking at the Yahoo News plugs and saw one that was called "Five Best Places To Unplug". After going through a tremendous amount of loss and stress this fall, I decided a virtual vacation would be nice, so I clicked on to the video.

The number 4 spot in America is Mary Jane's Farm in ID! The scenes were so beautiful, that it came as no surprise to me that Mary Jane's Farm is on the list! Congratulations to everyone at the farm, it is beautiful!

I just checked out the best places to unplug video, and I too think MJ Farm should be number one. I would love to spend time at the farm and everyone's pics have me putting it on my list for things to do next summer. Congrats MaryJane.

Thanks for the pictures! I loved seeing them. I wish I could of spent my 50th birthday at Mary Jane's in a bathtub with just my 50th birthday suit on! It sounded great.

A few pics from our stay (we were there the same time as Diane and Wende, we were on the Farmgirls on the Loose Road Trip).

Our outdoor tub and vintage linens enclosure

In our outhouse . . . yes, fresh flowers and an apron "curtain"

Utensils and soaps at our outdoor sink

My daughter, Robin . . .aka "birdie71". . . sweeping our porch. Tidying up before we had to leave our place of unplugged solitude.

Our wall tent with all the comforts of home, MJs bedding . . AHHH!

That would be me . . .totally "unplugged" in the Plum Pit after our Sisterhood Tea Party.

Hooray for Mary Janes Farm! Now, I have honestly never heard of a virtual vacation before......so I'm gonna have to go check this concept out. Someday I'd love to visit the real MJF B&B but in the meantime this sounds really intriguing!

Cheers! ~ Marilyn

I spent my 50th birthday at MaryJanes Farm B & B. It was the best 50th birthday I ever had!
These photos show my wall tent, outdoor tub and kitchen. The staff was wonderful and the food was
five star! It was great just to sit in the plum pit and crochet. The outdoor tub was devine, big
fluffy towels and yummy bath salts. Nothing like it, bathing outdoors in your 50th birthday suit.
I also spent a lot of time in the library and stiching room. I highly recommend a stay at MJF B & B.

Oh, MaryJanes Farm SHOULD be NUMBER ONE!!! I had the wonderful privilege of spending time there this summer with my daughter. We were treated like royalty . . . true farmgirl sisters! We felt like we were HOME!!! And, we unplugged!! I'd visit again in a heartbeat!
Highly recommended!!!
Gonna go back as soon as I can!

Congratulations! I agree with Laurie - I would choose MJF first - and it should be higher on the list.

MJF is on my list of places to visit. I did like the Treebones resort, too. I just love that part of the country.

I love this web connection and have myself, taken virtual vacations at times when things get to be to much. I love visiting the virtual... Mary Janes farm often. It leaves me feeling calm and refresed visiting those pictures. Im moving to Idaho next June and hope to make the trip up to Moscow and stay at the bed in breakfast someday as well. Glad its getting the recognition and that all her and her staff's hard work and creativity is paying off for all.

Well I have to honestly say....out of all 5 places....MaryJanes Farm is the one I would choose- but then again maybe I am just a little bit biased!
Beautiful- and YES someday (hopefully in the not too distant future) I WILL be there to experience it for myself!
Congratulations!
