Hello Farmgirls!

Yes, it is our last and final mail art exchange for 2012!
We are going to take December off from the exchange to allow some time to find a coordinator for 2013. If anyone would like to see this exchange continue and they have about 2 hours once a month to talk to Megan @ MaryJane's Farm, send out emails with addresses, and post a new page to the forum, then you are the right farmgirl for the job! Please email me at mommybelly@yahoo.com and I will send you something fabulous in the mail for volunteering!

The November theme is holidays-- some folks like Kwanzaa, some like Thanksgiving--whatever your favorite holiday is, this is the month to celebrate it with paper! Please have your mail art in the mail by November 15th.

You should receive an email from me today or tomorrow (Nov 1st and 2nd).
If you do not, then either I am disorganized and you need to remind me you still want in! or you didnt send anything last month and didn't respond to emails so I assumed you were no longer participating. Either way, if you want in, please email me!

Thank you to everyone for your kindness and creativity for this past year I have been organizing this exchange. I have really enjoyed getting to know some of you and have received many awesome surprises in the mail. I hope whoever decides to volunteer to coordinate 2013's mail art exchange will have as great of an experience as I did!

Happy Trails!

Loved your surprise package! It arrived beautifully wrapped on CHRISTMAS EVE - great timing! Since I love presents, I put it under the tree for Christmas morning. Thank you!!

The Christmas cookie cutters are wonderful (perfect for making cookies with the grandkids next year), a MJF Girl bumper sticker, a handmade Book mark & Book journal to record my favorite books, and a lovely piece of red material... Which will definitely go into the quilt I am making for my sister-in-law.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful gift.

Jessie,

I received your fun mail art. So cute!! I loved the "shrunken mail art" theme. And the picture on the card was adorable. All your details were amazing, it was so fun exploring and looking at the tiny stamp, postmarks, etc. Thank you for all the time and effort you puts into it!!

Farmgirl hugs,

Anne in Minneapolis:

Your (inexcusably late) mail art is going out tomorrow. CAUTION: It is not coming in a traditional mail-art-manilla-envelope! Keep your eyes open for an unusual piece of mail coming in the next few days...I can't say more, or I'll give away the joke!

This is the November Side of the Mail Art I did for Rachael.

This is the December Side of the Mail Art I did for her. I actually did the December
side and then went "Hey, I could do a November on the reverse side and then she could
enjoy it for the next couple months." At least that was the method behind my madness...
Hee Hee.

Hope you are enjoying it My Friend. And all the other ones you are receiving too. LOL
Are you Wall Papering your Home in Mail Art???? Ha Ha!

Hugs and Blessings,
Peggy

Mary Duffel,
Thank you so much for the envelope of Christmas prizes! There were little decorations and little cards and even a 12 days of Christmas piece of art! The only thing I didn't like about it was my inability to post a picture! Why would a camera die right before the holidays? Rediculous! Anyway, thank you so much for your wonderful gift and please know that it is loved and appreciated by my whole family and it got me inspired to do some Christmas crafting! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Dear Nancy Witco,
Thank you so much for the wonderful journal. I really love it and think the letters are so clever!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up with three partners this time around (you were my original, then we had an uneven number so I partnered with Peggy and then Mary's partner dropped out so I partnered with her! Too much mail art-- can it be a bad thing? :) Anyway, so despite having made yours LAST MONTH, I am late getting to the post office, but I will do that today, and it should get to you soon. Thank you so much for the wonderful gift. It will be treasured!

Hello Ladies!

Well, my digital camera finally died so I am sad to say that I am unable to post a picture of the wonderful mail art I recieved from PeggyAnn Smith. It is a beautiful card that is Thanksgiving on one side and Christmas on the other. I can't believe I can't post a picture of it for all of you to see how wonderful it is!

Thank you so much Peggy for the wonderful decoration and thank you too for all the other little goodies in the envelope, including a picture of you! Fantastic! Now I know the face for the name.

Thank you again, PeggyAnn, you are an awesome farmgirl and your gift will be well loved for years to come!

I'm glad you like the hat and scarf set.

Thank you so much!
