I would like to swap a pint jar of honey for some soap.

Don't be sorry that it's over... Be glad that it happened.

Berries are picked, found out we have two kinds of trees in the field. Hmm... so many ideas, dad and I quickly discovered the quickest way to get them off the tree was to shake them onto a flannel tablecloth. If we would have looked online we would have discovered that is the suggested way. Oh well we learned pretty quick and had a blast. still smiling. My cousin ate the ones he picked. said it was a great breakfast. Now off to the kitchen. praying for success.

Glad to, going picking on Wednesday, they are ripe now. I found several recipes, excited to see how they turn out. I will keep in touch.

Hi Danyel,

I don't have a tried and true recipe as we don't have any here.

I found this recipe and have used Sure-Jell in the past:
http://www.kraftbrands.com/surejell/recipes/recipe-detail.aspx?recipeId=60902&recipeName=MCP%C2%AE%20Mulberry%20Jam

Let me know what you think and we can work out something Thanks for checking out this thread :)

Do you happen to have a tried and true recipe? Mulberries grow around home so I am willing to try to can anything. I found a jam recipe but not sure its a keeper.

thank you
