to earn a merit badge I read a very interesting book called "My Organic Life. by Nora Poullon.
it is interesting and intriguing about how Nora spent part of her childhood in the Austrian Alps and Vienna during WW11.
I learned from her how our food comes from nature, from the air, water, soil and the sun.
How you can communicate your passion for organic food on the plate. About buying organic and natural foods from the Farmers Markets and to ask questions about how the food was grown.
She taught me how to have a health-focused lifestyle based on you are what you eat, drink and breathe. Also to make the most of life, taking chances to make your passions in life come true.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading about good food, how it is raised and how a women struggles to make her dream come true.
