this fall i purchased a rigid heddle loom off of craigs list. Love it. came with warp thread, but alas i have run out. what do you use for warping? i have tried yarn, and that was challenging. would crochet thread work? wondering what the pros and cons are. so what do you think works best for you? And where do you purchase it? thanks for your thoughts and ideas.

I wove on an eight harness loom. I used wool throughout. Depending on the effect you want to create, I guess one can use crochet thread. I would use a larger size such as 10 or higher. The higher the number the thicker the thread. Make sure it feels right to you.
