Did you know that our very own Maryjane aka 'Mother Hen' was featured in the July/Aug 2009 issue of Victoria Magazine? (pg 46-53)

yepadoodle,,, It was titled, " A Farmers Fancy"..
With the most lovely photos of Maryjane,, the farm, friends, food and fancy'!!!
On the last page of the article,, there is a photo of a pillow with simple red work stitching,,, that says "farmgirl,,, is a condition of the heart"...
Nay'r a true word spoken...!

Victoria magazine debuted in 1987... then after about 15years (give or take) they ceased production... but then about 3+/- years later... they started up again....
truly a very lively magazine... it nutures the Jane Austin in me... while the MJF magazine nutures the free spirited, apron wearing, out door girl in me!
It's a Win-Win for me...

I don't know if I've ever looked at a Victorian magazine. I've seen them on the magazine shelves, but never looked at one. Hmmmmm - maybe I should?

Oh I must check my back issues. How fun to look back at our famous MaryJane and her life then. I love Victorian magazine too, a favorite of mine!
