Hi all!
Years ago I had the most delicious soup that had fresh green peas, chicken broth and dumplings (or perhaps spaetzle, she was a German Oma after all) and I didn't have the mind to ask for the recipe. I have been on the hunt for it ever since. Yes, I can create my own but I would like to know if anyone else has had this delicious treat.
The peas were not pureed which is what I see for most recipes. It was fresh spring peas, so tender and sweet. Any suggestions or ideas are much welcomed.

Christine I found a fresh or frozen pea soup recipe in my soup cookbook. I will copy it and mail it to you. If you want it please e-mail your snail address to me.
