Hear Ye Hear Ye,,, I will be hosting the 2018 Mini Apron Swap...
Which I will announce in early January (just a little heads up, it will be a Valentine theme due in Feb)...
I well announce ,, post rules and due dates the 1st week of Jan......
I want to give a Big Ginormous shout out to our sweet Quiltee aka Linda for hosting the 2017 mini apron swap...now it is her turn to relax and just have fun 
Thank you sew very much Linda for hosting,, hugz & squisches
Let's keep it going... after all,,, a gal can never have enough (mini) aprons.
p.s. the good news,,, I found my embroidery machine... hopefully as the guys unload the 2nd trailer I will find my fabric and Serger...

Sabrina,, really simple... I will post the rules this Friday...
simply we make 1 apron for each participant,, on the deadline they get mailed to me along with a return, postage stamped envelope,, then I sort and send back the envelope with all the aprons from the swap partners.

I'm interested in this! I am looking forward to seeing the rules to make an actual commitment but sounds interesting and fun! Are the mini-aprons mostly just for decoration?

I was in town the other day and popped into JoAnns Fabrics.. and found the perfect fun fabric for our 1st swap,, which will be a Valentines theme.. heeheehee!

Thank you to Linda for doing such a great job for such a long time and wow, Grace, thank you so much for taking over as hostess!!!! I can only imagine the undertaking it must be. I was sorting thru my mini's this morning,, I have my mini's from 2008 in one container and the 2017 in another,, I pulled out all the western ones from both containers,, they will go out into my trailer.
I may eventually combine 2008, 2017 and the 2018 ones by theme to make a really long banner of minis...
Oh how I look forward to 2018's minis... I will be posting the 1st swap in Jan... until then,,, have fun and Happy New Year,

Ok,,, I think this will be the 'tentative ' line up for next years Mini Apron swap..
Jan/Feb = Valentine theme
March/Apr = Spring/Easter theme
May/June = vacation/travel
July = Red/wht/blue 4th of July
Aug/Sept = Beach/back to school
Oct = Boo fest/harvest
Nov = Thanksgiving
Dec = Christmas/winter wonderland
That is what I hope to accomplish... and I will post the Jan/Feb swap right after the New Year....
I will be keeping the sign up to 15 so we don't get over whelmed....
The rules will be the same as what Linda posted which I will post along with the sign ups.
II can hardly wait for the creative fun to begin..
in the mean time have a fabulous Christmas and a wonderful New Year..

Grace, Thank you for taking on a super huge task. Like Linda, I know you will do an excellent job at hosting.
Letting you know in advance to sign me up for all future mini apron swaps. Do to my computer fiasco I missed the deadline to
participate for the Christmas swap.
Glad you are getting all moved in. Read your post on Across the Fence forum. Friend you sound like you are going to be super busy. Can't wait for you to get your sewing room all set up. I know like yourself, it will be cute as a button!
