Our very own Aunt Jamelle aka Jaime... has stitched up some uber cute felt projects and shared with us...
I too have hade fun with felt..
My 1st felt project was a tiny 1 1/2" bear... and I remember it clearly when I made it.. 36 years ago,,, while sitting at my daddy's bedside in the Hospital after his quadruple by pass surgery.
Then about 6 or 7 years ago I started making fealties again thanx to a fun Felties swap here on the MJF forum.

the hive was made from the swap,, the Bear & Bee was made by a neighbor friend.
I have received others since then.. thanx to dear friends..
What I luv best about fealties is,,, that they require only bits-n-pieces.. and whether you buy 'felt squares' or save old worn wool garments to be repurposed into other projects... they can be itty bitty or large enough for table runners or banners..
What ever you choose... they are fun projects and whether you create your own design or buy fancy patterns or even kits.. they are a good "keep your hands busy' project.
Sew,, have you tried felting???

Michele,,, felt candle cozies ( like the lady bug) are such easy , fun to make...
hmmm, if one wanted, making just a ladybug,,, big enough to be a mug rug would be Fairly easy to create.

I really like felties too. So darn cute. I love the round ones like the lady bugs. I have made one so far and i made ornaments for all the kids one year, Felt mittens. So many crafts, so little time.
